Our pre-engineered roof trusses are custom designed to your  specifications. We will tailor our  designs to suit your requirements regardless the scope of your project –  commercial, agricultural, residential, renovation or addition.

With in house CAD designers, we tackle all structural layouts, from the simple garage roof to complex intricate restoration closely imitating traditional construction techniques.  Providing structural calculations and ancillary schedules ensuring you have everything you need. We cover the drawing stage and feasibility studies on request. Our designers understand the entire process, from design through manufacture and erection, which means their knowledge and experience are second to none. Keeping the designers and joinery in-house means we keep your costs to a minimum.

Variety

All roof shapes are considered, from the simple to the complex, from attics and raised ties to scissors and barrel vaulted roofs. All components are made to the highest quality standard conforming to ISO 9001:2008 all building regulations and codes of practice. Plywood and laminated beams are available plus preservative treatment.

Glulam

Glued-laminated timber (Glulam) is a structural timber product consisting of individual pieces of lumber glued together.  These pieces are end jointed and arranged in horizontal layers.  Glulam is used for beams and columns and is often left exposed as an architectural feature and can be manufactured into virtually any straight or curved configuration
